Featured Flower of the Week: Ornamental Kale

We know, we know. Everyone is so tired of hearing about kale. As a superfood, the concept of kale has pretty much been beaten to death. But have you ever thought about using kale in your flower arrangements? Ornamental kale is a a variety of the veggie that's grown mainly for decorative purposes -- we don't recommend eating it! The foliage of ornamental kale is typically green and pinky purple or white, and we love using it in our floral arrangements, not only because of the unusual coloring, but also because the leafy texture of the kale adds incredible depth to any seasonal mix of flowers.
